KAM ( First Line Manager )

Job Purpose

The KAM – First Line Manager will be responsible for managing and developing business with corporate hospitals. The role involves building strong relationships with Doctors/KOLs and Purchase/Procurement teams, driving product listing and hospital business, handling commercial discussions, and achieving assigned sales targets. This is an individual contributor role and does not involve team handling.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and develop business with corporate hospitals in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with Doctors/KOLs, Purchase In-charges and Procurement teams.
• Meet Doctors/KOLs to drive product awareness and adoption where applicable.
• Coordinate with Purchase/Procurement teams for product listing, purchasing and business development.
• Handle rate negotiations and commercial discussions with hospital procurement teams.
• Drive product listing, order generation and sales within corporate hospitals.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new corporate hospital accounts.
• Track hospital-wise sales, orders and business requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product supply and order execution.
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets through corporate hospital accounts.
• Maintain strong and long-term relationships with key hospital stakeholders.
