Job Description – Sales Officer (General Trade)
Location: Goa
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Maximum Age: 30 years
Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:

• Handling General Trade (GT) sales in the assigned territory.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
• Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Increasing product availability and market penetration.
• Ensuring proper product visibility and execution in the market.
• Conducting regular market visits and identifying new business opportunities.
• Monitoring competitor activities and sharing market feedback with the management.
• Coordinating with distributors to ensure smooth stock availability and order execution.
• Preparing and submitting daily sales reports and updates.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in General Trade (GT) Sales.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Age should not exceed 30 years.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and distributor/retailer handling.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
