Role and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an enterprising Partnerships and Growth Manager who is passionate about improving the mental health infrastructure of the country. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
The candidate will work closely with the leadership team and own B2B growth and partnership initiatives end-to-end. The role will include:

● Lead the ideation, strategy, planning, and execution of partnerships and collaborations with corporates, NGOs, governmental institutions, hospitals and other clinical establishments(CNS);

● Representing Mann Talks at external events, workshops, and meetings;

● Tracking relevant metrics, conversion, analysing impact;

● Performing any other tasks assigned by the leadership team.

 Desirous Candidates Must Have:

● 5+ years of relevant work experience in closing B2B partnerships, growing collaborations, or similar roles;

● Passion for mental health;

● Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive projects and outcomes;

● Excellent interpersonal and networking skills;

● Ability to think strategically while executing on-ground initiatives in a fast-paced environment;

● Willingness to travel as required for outreach activities.

 Educational Qualification: Science graduates or other any graduate with relevant experience.

 Budget – 10 - 12LPA+ Travel Allowances.
